McGhee

Complete as many rounds in 30 minutes as you can of:
275 pound Deadlift, 5 reps
13 Push-ups
9 Box jumps, 24 inch box


15 rounds.

I felt at times like I could go faster...but also, that I would have killed myself. The middle 5 for deadlifts were kinda easy...as in, easier than the first and last 5 for some reason. Just an overall ass-kicking workout.
