Kurtis and Today's WOD

Kurtis:

4 Rounds for time

20 Thrusters 95lbs
20 K2E
20 SDHP's 95lbs

Man that was brutal. Kicked my ass all over the place. Not a fun one.


Today's:

30 HSPU
40 Pull Ups
50 DB Swings 55lbs
60 Sit ups
70 Burpees

HSPU's were the killer. Had to put a bosu under my head for the last 15. Probably coulda gotten under 20 if I were a bit better with those. Burpees are always a challenge, but managed to do 10 sets of 7 decently.
