Tuesdays WOD and Randy
Tuesday's WOD:
Went to visit my friend Jason's Crossfit gym in Carol Stream (with another friend Chad), which was really cool, not only because I enjoy crossfit, but because he plays good music (Metallica) as opposed to the other place which plays crap music (lady gaga). It was refreshing to hear that it was a very difficult round and that it took him (Jason), I think 40 some minutes? (If I'm wrong correct me):
5 rounds for time
6 right arm Dumbbell squat snatches 60/35
6 L-pull ups
6 left arm Dumbbell squat snatches 60/35
6 L-pull ups
Don't remember the time. It was faster than 40 min....BUT....I only did 30lb snatches. Had I done 60lbs, I would probably still be there right now (not exaggerating).
Oh...and my flexibility is crappy.

And I'm not even sure how good some of them were. Arms were always locked out (don't worry Jason). I'm just not the greatest at this exercise and definitely could use improvement.
