  2. try and do reps in groups of 10 with 10-20 seconds rest between. The pull ups took the longest at about 9 minutes. Sit ups and squats I was able to do 25 reps then rest. Push ups were actually a lot easier than I thought they would be. Typically they are pretty brutal on me, but breaking them up seemed to work well.
