Overall I'm somewhat pleased. I'm glad I PR'd. But I felt like I could have done it under 7. The 30 seconds after my last round of thrusters I literally could not go anymore. No matter how much I wanted to, I just couldn't do it. It'll come. The more I condition my body. At the same time it's still a bit aggrivating. But 7 38 is a PR, so I can't really be too upset.

I have found that no matter how much I am sucking if I just start the next exercise (i.e last 9 pull ups for you) it kind of changes the 'suck'.

I've been really happy with my performance as of late. Even though I may not be getting where I want to be RIGHT AWAY, I'm still working my way towards them. With Elizabeth, I just started the next exercise (the last set of dips) and between doing that and realizing I was close to 19 min (I wanted under) it helped motivate me and I got them done.
