A personal record! Last time was 7:51. Demolished it. I'm doing better at pacing myself with exercises now than I used to. Instead of going balls to the wall for the first few minutes then crashing, I'm going at a fast steady pace.

Achilles

I actually read two different workouts for Achilles, both on wodshop.org....so I was a bit confused. The first one I found and under the random generator was the one I did. The second one with the same name I looked up and instead of box jumps, it was muscle ups and HSPU's. That's not gonna happen for a while though.

Better then my last time (12:43) but I was hoping to get 10 or under. It would help if i could do the pull ups near the basketball court (Where I do my running and db swings) but I think if I work on my endurance with the running and swings I can probably get that time.
