anytime weights are dropped or set down (out of hand) 10 burpees

I'm actually not sure how many rounds I did. It was either 5 or 6. I couldn't remember if I started on 3 rounds then my first rest or if it was 2 rounds and my first rest, so better safe than sorry, I did one (possibly) extra. Overall I'm pleased with the time

Row: 500m = 1:37. Not too bad considering this was done AFTER the WOD.

7 full rounds + 1 round MU and HSPU + 6 kb swings

last set of mu's killed me. couldn't get number 2 and stalled a little on the hspu's so was out of time on the kb swing and couldn't make any more in! No idea what my last attempt was, but i remember i didn't do all MU's.
