Murph!

Finally! I get around to attempting Murph! Wow. What a fantastic workout!

Murph:

1 mile run
1oo pull ups
200 push ups
300 squats
1 mile run

(I had no weight vest or body armor)

45:49

I was hoping to get with in the 45 minute mark...actually just under, but I'm not complaining as I've never done this before. Fun W.O.D
