46 & 2ool

so I was listening to the song 46&2 by Tool this morning and decided to come up with a workout based around the name....here's what I came up with:

For time:

400m run
40 push ups
40 pull ups
40 sit ups

600m run
60 push ups
60 pull ups
60 sit ups

200m run
20 pull ups
20 push ups
20 sit ups

holy f. That was a LOT harder than I anticipated. the second round blew and if the push ups are what I'm looking forward to the most then I know its friggen rough.
