Was hoping for around 24min. This one took me by surprise a little. I knew it would be hard, but it was much tougher than I thought. Even though the rows were short they still took it out of me. Sometimes I feel like I'm stalling out, but when I just tell my brain to STFU and go, I can usually move quicker. It's getting easier and easier to do that too.

35:22. Bleh. My last PR on this was 31: something. So not where I wanted to be at all. Chest killed on this one as Linda threw me off, so that slowed me down a little, but that was my own doing. Glad I at least beat my first time though.

I'm actually not sure how many rounds I did. It was either 5 or 6. I couldn't remember if I started on 3 rounds then my first rest or if it was 2 rounds and my first rest, so better safe than sorry, I did one (possibly) extra. Overall I'm pleased with the time

Row: 500m = 1:37. Not too bad considering this was done AFTER the WOD.
